RETEDI Center for Sustainable Growth (“RETEDI”, “we”, “us”) is an innovation and sustainability company based in Cyprus, in the European Union. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

The only personal data this website collects is the information you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and the content of your message.

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. If analytics are introduced in the future, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first.

3. Why we process it

We process contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on the matter you raised. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.

4. Where it is processed

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website, and are accessible to authorised RETEDI personnel. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus or your local supervisory authority.
